1.) Are all my cleanings the same price or is it by the hour?
A.) All cleanings are a set price, because it takes longer on the first inital cleaning than the rest of your cleanings. By the hour could be costly because of the first inital cleaning.
2.) Will I have the same cleaner every visit?
A.) Yes it will always be the same cleaner every visit.
3.) Do you furnish all the cleaning supplies?
A.) Yes, except the vacuum cleaner. Most of my customers prefer that I use their vacuums because a lot of people have pets and some don't.
4.) How long will it take to clean my home?
A.) It all depends on the size and how much decorations are sitting out. I also ask that everything needs to be picked up and out of the way, so it won't take longer to clean.
5.) What if I won't be home when the cleaner comes?
A.) You need to call and let me know where you will hide the key, or will the garage door or some other door will be unlocked. Or you can leave the key with a neighbor. Their is a full charge if I show up and can not get in to clean. I always call the night before to remind you that I will be there the next morning.
6.) What if something gets damaged by accident while cleaning?
A.) I am totally responsible for any damage that might be caused, while I am on the premises.
7.) What happens if the cleaner forgot and over looked something while cleaning?
A.) Just give me a call and I will come back out the same day or we can work something out with you at your convenience.
8.) When am I expected to pay for the cleaning?
A.) Payment is due on the day of the cleaning. I except cash and checks only.
